The Environmental Action Club (EAC) runs the recycling programs at Yorktown, has adopted a beaver pond, works on community projects, and is in the process of designing and planting a garden environment in the Yorktown courtyard.  Membership is open to all Yorktown students.  The EAC meets Tuesdays after school.
