Description:

Model United Nations members may participate in conferences, which simulate U.N. structure and functions at five to seven colleges and high schools each year.  Members must be willing to do the research and practice to be well prepared for conferences.  Costs vary from $20-$50 for conferences at local high schools to $150-$300 for college conferences.  Parents are needed to help organize fund raising activities to make this program affordable for more students.

Scheduled meetings:

Model U.N. students meet Tuesdays after school from September to April.
